London Fields, Sketchbook Original Drawing

Sketchbook original drawing, drawn with light fast inks on location 22cm x 24cm

This basic tree looked amazing yesterday when I sketched it. But it was one of them mornings when most things looked amazing, the dawn dew on the grass, three small magpies play fighting and even the peculiar large balls on a short legged dog, everything seems special.
I’m not sure why this was, whether it was the blue sky and the warm sun, whether it was a bank holiday and I wasn’t at work or maybe it was the residue of an excessive weekend.
I suppose the reason doesn’t matter.
It was just a beautiful morning.
